Notice of Service Disruption and Temporary Solution
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused in using the Developer Mode App and accessing content on our site. Due to some technical issues arising from the enhanced security procedures, there is a disruption in using the service.
Symptom:
- When attempting to log in to the Developer Mode App, you will see the following message displayed: "To proceed, visit LG developer site (developer.lge.com) and sign in first."
- When trying to access content on our site, you may encounter login issues.
Solution: As a temporary solution, you can resolve this issue by following the steps below:
1. Go to the following link: https://developer.lge.com/apptest/retrieveApptestList.dev
2. On the login screen, log in.
3. On the unlock screen, enter your password to unlock.
4. Reconnect to the Developer Mode App. If you are trying to access content on our site, you may need to log in again.
